	Of the 32,985,922 Common Shares beneficially owned by Mr. Lazaridis as of December 31, 2009:

	(i)	31,123,894 Common Shares are registered in the name of 1258701 Ontario Limited, all the shares of which are owned by Mr. Lazaridis;

	(ii)	335,000 Common Shares are registered in the name of 2063227 Ontario Inc., all the shares of which are owned by 1258701 Ontario Limited and the Michael Lazaridis Family Trust II;

	(iii)	340,550 Common Shares are registered in the name of Mr. Lazaridis;

	(iv)	146,478 Common Shares are held by Mr. Lazaridis as trustee of the Michael Lazaridis Family Trust II; and

	(v)	1,040,000 Common Shares are issuable on the exercise of stock options granted to Mr. Lazaridis that are exercisable within 60 days of December 31, 2009.

	The 32,985,922 Common Shares beneficially owned by Mr. Lazaridis does not include 210,000 Common Shares issuable on the exercise of stock options and 75,000 Common Shares deliverable on the vesting of Restricted Share Units granted to Mr. Lazaridis that are exercisable/vest more than 60 days after December 31, 2009.

	Certain of the 32,985,922 Common Shares beneficially owned by Mr. Lazaridis are subject to automatic securities disposition plans adopted pursuant to Rule 10b5-1 under the Act and Canadian securities laws on May 14, 2009, as described in the Issuer's press release furnished to the Securities and Exchange Commission on Form 6-K, dated May 21, 2009.
